There may be situations where it is required to show a popup depending on a user selection,
such as a shopping cart or error message. But it is not desirable to construct many different content HTML pages for each instance, but instead
have only one, but with the ability to accept variables.
In this example the content is updated with the text shown in the buttons (the value), while the rest remains the same
