On-mouseover/out newsletter sign-up
Similar to using a tooltip but in this case the popup disappears when the mouse leaves the content
In this example it is used as an unobtrusive way of offering a newsletter sign-up or opt-in
The form will appear neatly aligned to the center left, but could be in several fixed locations, or just next to the cursor
