Simple drop-in & fade-out example
This is a basic popup illustrating the idea in its simplest form
It can be moved, closed and resized
The border is 1 pixel, the shadow 3 pixels and the padding 5 pixels
Three of the many available methods are applied: drop-down, close after 15secs, fade-out
This effect may be combined with scrolling, slide-in, drop-in, fade-in methods, coupled with delayed entrance and/or exit
On-click/mouseover events can be used to tigger the popup instead
